Percussion Director – Beechwood Band Program
Location: Beechwood Independent Schools, Fort Mitchell, KY
Start Date: July 2025
Beechwood Independent Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced Percussion Director to serve students in grades 6–12 as part of a comprehensive band program.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Percussion instruction for the high school marching band (July–October)
High School Percussion Class (Schedule open to adjustment)
6th Grade Beginning Percussion Class (Schedule open to adjustment)
Private percussion lessons [10-20 private students] (compensated separately from salary)
Potential Indoor Concert Percussion Ensemble

Qualifications:
Proven experience teaching concert percussion as well as marching band mallet and battery percussion
Ability to effectively teach and engage students across a wide range of ages and experience levels (grades 6–12)
Strong pedagogical skills and commitment to student growth
Capacity to collaborate with a team of music educators and contribute to a positive learning environment
