Biographical Info
Scott is director of bands and choirs at Gallatin County High School in Warsaw, KY. Mr. Reed is in his 6th year at Gallatin County and 19th year overall in teaching. Mr. Reed is a 1995 graduate of Paul G Blazer HS in Ashland, KY. He earned his bachelor of music education degree from Eastern Kentucky University and his masters from the University of Dayton. Mr. Reed has held band director positions in Mason County KY, Western Brown Schools OH, Bellevue KY before coming to Gallatin County.
As a judge, Mr Reed has been active for the past 16 years judging KMEA and MSBA in both music and visual captions. He is also currently a drill writer for groups across Kentucky and Ohio.
During the winter season Mr. Reed judges, runs sound, and works with groups on audio tracks for MEPA, TMA, OIPA, IPA, and WGI.
