Biographical Info

With over 30 years of experience, Ron Ryles has had the privilege of collaborating with various performing ensembles across the United States. Along with Ron’s assistance, many groups have achieved historic milestones within their organizations. His programs boast an impressive track record, including:

•  Numerous local competition grand champions, superior ratings, and state finalists
•  BOA regional finalists and champions
•  BOA National Championships semi-finalist and finalist
•  WGI regional finalists and champions
•  WGI World Championship Finalist
•  DCI World and Open Championship finalist

Ron has collaborated with prestigious institutions like Jacksonville State University(AL), Wake Forest University, Western Carolina University, Middle Georgia State University, and the University of Memphis. He has also worked with renowned corps such as the Blue Stars, Colts, Cadets, Carolina Gold, Memphis Sound, and Americanos. Valuable affiliations with esteemed organizations such as Drum Corps International, the North Carolina Bandmasters, the Gulf Coast Judging Association, and the United States Scholastic Band Association have also marked his adjudication journey.

Ron lives with his wife, Sharon, in Atlanta, GA. In addition to his work with Ron Ryles Designs, he is a regional representative for Fruhauf Uniforms, Inc. and Virtual Assistant Director, LLC.
