The marching band percussion assessment form is available for download below. This form is free to use however you would like. There is a Microsoft Word document version and a PDF version available. If you use the .doc version you can make any changes you would like and you can remove the kyband.com logo if desired. The .pdf version may be easier to use for some printers. There are no restrictions on using our form. We do ask, that if you do use our assessment form that you send us a message and let us know. If you have your own judges forms for percussion or for color guard and would like to make them available for anyone else to use we will gladly post them here. Also, if you have any suggestions on how to improve the form or you would like a custom version we would like to hear from you. |
